Planning: Contacting artist for permission

I have started making enquiries with agents to get the correct permission to use their songs in my documentary. 

I was only able to find a mobile number for anyone related to Eminem and I decided this was not a formal way of getting permission to use his music so I decided to try and get an Email address to speak to.
